Hi all,
Can you tell me what series the block is out of?
looks like s6 but not sure?

Well its actually easy to tell...

The rear Iron is for sure AUTOMATIC type
* No clutch inspection plate on the top of it, has the little casted pocket instead
* Auto flexplate instead of a Flywheel.

Is it easy to change? / do you have to change it to make it a manual block?

You can mate a manual transmission to an auto block. If you couldn't those that convert their cars from auto -> manual would have a heck of a time with the conversion.
