engine dying on deceleration

I have a 12a W/a to4 turbo,street ported,fuel injection.
Has anyone had a problem with the engine dying out on deceleration? I don't have any idea why this is occurring.
I would appreciate any help with this problem. Someone said that it might by the spring is too strong and closing to strongly. I don't know if that is the problem or it may be the throttle cable.
Need some help guys
Thanks

Is that carbed? Most turbo 12A's are not carbed but they do exist I would check the throttle stop and make sure it is not backed out too far and allowing the plates to snap closed too far.
