Engine Coolant Problem -- Help!
This problem just started on my '91 convertible. The coolant reservoir is full, but when I check in the filler neck, there's no sign of fluid. When I add fluid to the filler neck, my car took quite a lot of fluid. Why isn't the fluid getting from the reservoir to where it needs to be?
A stranger in the parking lot watching me said there might be an airlock somewhere. It makes sense to me...I've seen how an air bubble can keep water from flowing ... what do you guys think?
And more importantly, what do I do about it? Will a complete coolant flush and refill take care of it? Will it happen again?
Please help!

Check the hoses and intakes/outlets from the resivior. Watch for leaks too.
The best advice I can offer is to just watch the fluid level from the radiator NOT the resivor. The radiator is what is actually in the engine cooling it off, the overflow is just extra and may or may not draw back in.
