Exclamation emissions questions!?!?!?

I need to go get emissions done on my car, im affraid that it wont pass because it has duel exhaust with 3inch tips.. it has the cats on it but i still dont know VA is strict. I have heard about some fluid you can pour in your gas tank that will make the exiting gas show up cleaner on the comps but i know know how true that is. if anyone has tips or knows someone in the northern VA area let me know.

Don't be afraid! You have your cats on the car and by god.. those 3 inch tips will not make or break you. Btw, what's a dual exhaust in your mind?

If you have the cats, don't worry about it. To be safe run the sh*t out of the car to get the cats really hot before you go. You should have no problems.

If you fail, the "fluid" that you've heard about is denatured alchohol (get it in any hardware store... the paint solvent section). I use about 1 quart for 1/2 tank of gas in my FD. I really don't think that you should need it, though .

denatured alcohol won't make or break you either.... i'd only bother adding that if you fail for CO.

....and it makes a reasonably good octane booster
