egt sensor problem(not installation problem)

my sensor keeps come off from the NPT , how to make it tight? thanks

I can pull the sensor (probe)out easily , am I missing something that hold the sensor?

The EGT bung is a pressure fitting. There should be a little "washer" for lack of a better description that goes around the probe and under the cap that squeezes and holds the probe when the cap is tightened.
