what are the easiest gains to get out of the rx7 and the cheapest one got tight budget any tips that will help or any products 86 n/a 5 speed can any one help me also haw hard can you run totally stock rx7 will any thing happen just got tune up also

weight reduction, gutted cats if you are in a no smog testing area. air filter and exhaust. if you want to get crazy you can try the throttle body mod. just search for it in the 2nd gen section. there isn't much na you can do to these cars with out porting or going turbo. a set of headers is where you will see the biggest gains.

 

yeah, i say gut it, you'll feel the difference. Cut you air filter out and buy a kN cone. Remove the exhaust, just run headers.

 

 

Don't hollow out your CATS yet..... you'll need back pressure for your Auxiliry ports.... make sure they work($0 cost just a couple of hours).... RACING BEAT HEADERS.... or MINDTRAIN is good if your budget allows... You can remove your CAT BACK(after the CAT) pipings and muffler.... that'll make some noise for you.... a good intake would be good too.

if your budget allows go carburation.... with a racing beat 6 port carburator.....
