Does the renesis have the same bolt pattern as everyting else?

Could I take the 6-speed from an 8 and bolit it up in a 7?

yea but it wont be able to handle the power so youll be replacing it really soon

Incorrect. The bellhousing bolt holes are differant.

^incorrect.

i bolted a t2 bellhousing to a renesis to check compression before i installed the motor.

I don't get it. So why is everyone saying that it doesn't fit? I guess you proved everyone wrong. Did all the bolt holes line up? I wouldn't mind using a Renesis 6 speed tranny in my NA 1st gen. That would be nice.

maybe they mean it won't fit in the chassis or something.

all rotaries have the same tranny bolt pattern as far as i know. (excluding autos, of course) but even the autos have enough bolt holes that do match to use.
