Distroyed Exhaust Sleeve

So i went seeking a exhaust leak after 4 track events and ended up finding a disaster
I found the exhaust sleeve on the front rotor housing basically gone alone with a distroyed turbine wheel on my PT6765.
Anyone ever seen a mess like this?

Are your exhaust ports on your rotor housing ported?

Yes, I think i was a little to aggressive on the ports...I made them both the same i thought, I guess i ported below the sleeve on the front housing. I'm going to open it up tomorrow.
Any thoughts?

Yes, this is what happens when the exhaust ports are opened to large. Huge exhaust porting allows too much heat to come into direct contact with the exhaust sleeve. The sleeves were not designed to handle that much heat.. I have seen them curl backwards and break off, killing the turbo or falling into the motor..basically destroying the engine worst than apex seal failure..

Can be a costly mistake...
