difference between carb and Maf cleaner

I just wanted to know what is the difference between carburetor cleaner and Mass Air Flow sensor cleaner by CRC. I went ahead and got the MAF Cleaner to be safe with my blazer. But is there any difference between the two? and are there different chemicals in the two?

i think the MAF sensor cleaner is non-chlorinated, non-residue. I have a celica as a DD and accidentally sprayed it the MAF with carb cleaner. killed my MAF and had to fork over $116 for a new one.
