cranking RPM - how to check?
my gut says my AZ rebuilt starter is not up to the task.
i need to know what my cranking RPM is.

any suggestion what tool to use?
timing light w/RPM readout?
where to buy?

i have an old dwell meter that reads RPM too, i dunno how easy it would be to find one, but it was cheap
