Question Couple of kit questions

I'm considering a rotary (13B-T or TT) for a kit/one-off project car. The plan is to make the car mid-engined and I'm looking into a number of potential power plants. With regards to the 13B-T or TT:

Are any cars known to run these or similar engines transversely (FWD)? It would be a reasonable matter to transplant the entire driveline of a FWD car to the back of an original design.

Are there any side effects to tilting the rotary to one side or the other? V and Inline engines usually run into oiling problems if you tilt them too far over. Would the rotary run unto any such problems?

Regarding weight, would the single turbo be lighter than the twin? Intuition tells me that it would, but that may not be the case.

Thanks.
