computer problem maybe?

i may be trading this guy my s13 for his FC, its a rebuilt N/A engine in an S5 but the catch is the rebuilt 4 port N/A has been modded to a turbo, it starts up and after it warms up it idles fine for about 7-8 minutes then it slowly chokes itself out and shuts off, then it wont turn back on untill its completely cooled down. the guy doesnt seem to know the problem and im going to trade him if i can narrow it down to a very likely possibility then im going to trade straight up and fix it, cuz its worth more than my car. if anyone has encountered this problem let me know.
