First gen Rx71985 rx7

Coils read power on both sides.
Disconnect white, and red wire for fusible link, and power stops to both sides. This didn't happen before.. I disconnected all auxiliary wires I had hooked up because I thought maybe it was my wiring but it wasn't. Any idea?
I have battery charger connected to fusible link for lower amp so I don't affect the battery. I've already had the car die on me after a start up.. then it's done this ever since that. Checked it with two distributors.. checked negative side for coils.. nothing changed.
