Cheap 20b option?

hi all,

as the title says, is this a cheap 20b option? I have established that each 13b and 20b housings have the same capacity of 654cc.

Here we go, I dont know if this a new or old tequnique, but if I got 3 13b housings, a 20b eccentric shaft, two 20b centre plates or two 13b centre plates (I don't think there is a difference) and obviously the 20b counterweight, front plate and rear plate and put three trottle boddies on top i'd have a cheaper (hopefully) atmo 20b instead of paying $5,000 aud for a 20b halfcut?

thanks for any help, just putting an idea that came to me the other day while gazing at a 13b housing out there

cheers,
Andrew

oh yea I forget to mention 20b sump.......

btw the reason im asking is the government in aus has banned turbo and V8 cars for P-plates but they didnt mention big ported rotaries

Please go look what a 20B "front center" plate first before making such assumptions.
This is what makes a 20B unique from a 13B.
Last time I checked, just this plate had a street price right around US$2,000.

They are banning V8's and turbo's in Oz? For P-plates, is that some sort of race class or what? Fill us U.S. guys in over here.

P-platers is after you get your learners permit and before you get your opens. makes sence I spose especially for all the kids who freeload heaps of $$$$ off their parents...... what about a 13b front plate?

That is one of the best ideas I've heard in a long time. They should do that for under 18 year olds in the US.
