carbs face off, facts please, mikuni vs dellorto vs weber

As the title states as far as the side draft style carbs go which is best... weber, dellorto, or mikuni. I know there has been other threads on this, but have not seen real "facts" on them. Reason for asking is to help me decide whether to get a good carb setup for side draft or to get a throttle body and inject it. I relaize that FI is the better choice but I need to factor in time/money to performance. Thanks.
