carb jet question

I have a all stock 73 Rx2, has a 12a twin dizzy motor, the carb was rebuilt by the previous owner, how can I tell that the jets were installed in the right place? Are the jets numbered ? The carb won't adjust correctly , no top end. Can anyone help me with this please. I checked everything that I can check and nothing. Thanx in advance

unscrew off the top, You will see the jets on top once you do that, sounds like your secondaries are not kicking in, take the carb off and tie them or weld them to open manually, You will figure it out once you have it in front off you....

throttle cable side on the base of carb. there are 2 shafts, primary and secondary. the secondary is vacuum operated so you will need to wire it to the primary.
