Car wont start

Hey u i got a 86 rx and it wont start i changed the plugs and the wires are fine its getting spark and i smell gas so its getting gas. Could it be the apex seals??? help me out

It's flooded. Pull the EGI fuse from the fusebox under the hood. Get in the car, hold the accelerator pedal to the floor and crank the engine for ~10 seconds. Replace fuse, get back in car, hold accelerator to the floor, and crank the car. It should start right up. If it doesn't.....

Pull the TRAILING (TOP) Sparkplugs, remove the EGI fuse, and crank the engine with the accelerator pedal held down. If you replace one of the Trailing plugs, you can do a shade-tree sompression test. Listen for 3 even spurts of air on EACH housing. Replace the Trailing park plugs and remove the Leading (bottom) spark plugs. Put 1/4cup of 10w40 (or whatever you've lying around; just don't use ATF unless you have to) motor oil in each housing. Replace the sparkplugs and the fuse, get in the car and crank it while holding down the gas pedal.

ill try that thanks. Because i dont wnat to buy a new car it only has 100000 on it and i put a new radiator in. So its not the apex seals??
