ok so i just got done changing out the old water pump housing and one on the sensors (black small round one) behind the Water Pump housing snapped off from the wires well anyways i put everything back together with new hardware and gaskets and paint job but the car dose not seem to want to start well not fully turn on and drive hopefully that makes sense

so do you think because of that one snapped off sensor is the problem??

So fix/replace it. I'm going to guess you're talking about on an FC, so that would be the water temp sensor. It is used by the ECU for fuel delivery calculations, including on start up.
