Is this burnt oil or detonation

After my fuel pump started to go bad my car started smoking
The car detonated a few times on light throttle before I got it home

Since then my car has smoked at high rpm and used up alot of oil

At first I thought it was bad twins since I had dealt with this same issue when my first twins went bad and decided to go single at the time I made the mistake of getting a used ebay turbo I figured it would hold for a few months

When I removed the twins the manifold looked white

After the single turbo swap the car still smokes bad at high rpm .

And I wonder is the white stuff on my manifold oil? From the engine or is my eBay junker turbo just bad as well?

the white(but yours is cream, not white) is carbon, which is oil and fuel. white being lean, a cream color being perfectly normal and tan to black being on the rich side of things.

what you have is normal and no signs point to where your oil is burning.

a puff at high RPMs can be as simple as poor crankcase ventilation or high oil pressure to your turbo, which may need a restrictor, or poor turbo oil drainage.
