Burning oil, good psi

Just installed a pullout s5 na I've had sitting around for awhile. It fired right up with billows of oil smoke. I have great oil psi. It idles flawlessly comes up to operating temp and stops smoking. I run it down the street and the smoke is back, so thick you can't see through it. I fouled the plugs on the front rotor Sunday night. It looks as though the oil is leaking into front rotor. Is it time to finally rebuild my original engine or could it be a seal in the front cover? Thanks in advance for all your help.
