Budget rebuild(side seals spec questions)

Im trying to put this budget rebuild together for my self(S4 T2 block)and i am having trouble with the side seals specs, all of the side seals that i have(20 plus)spec out 0.119in(height,still reusable) but all of them only spec out 0.025in(thickness) and the limit according the FSM its 0.026in,if i reuse this seals will the motor run?Did any of you have first hand experience putting a motor together with side seals out spec?I

Do it the right way and only once. Side seals are not that expensive. If you can't afford that wait till you can afford it..

He's right. I think Atkins has a decent price for rebuild kits if you don't want to order the stock rebuild kits.

I agree 100%. I never reuse side seals in my FD engine builds.

Yep, if you think you're going to break them, buy a few extra just in case too
