Bov release air under OPEN throttle?

Hi, I need some help on my fd. Does anyone knows under what conditions will cause the blow off value to release air whenever the throttle is open? It is suppose to release air when the throttle is close, right? I am sure the bov itself is not the problem, but I dont have a clue what else would cause this. My engine mods are as follow: Apexi AVC-R, G-force ECU, Greddy FMIC, Intake, exhaust, and HKS downpipe, bov. Any suggestion or comment would be appreciate. Thank you.

Try tightening the BOV spring. And did you connect it to the right vacuum line?
