Bearings press problem!!!

ok ok ok.. so little problem, brand new rotor and stationary gear bearings in hand and i take them to my guy at a parts house thats done all my previous bearings.. (non rotary) and he refuses to do them... says he doesnt have the tooling to acomplish it.. so my question is.. how do you guys get these things pressed in and out.. anyone in norcal.. like santarosa to north of that anyone knows of?
what tools are required to get the job done.. am i going to have to buy a damn special press and the collars for it?
any info would be greatly apprectiated..
