Battery In Trunk Drilling Difficulty

I'm looking to put a red top in a moroso box in my trunk. I'd like to put it center like the one in the picture below. How difficult would this be? Can it be done without dropping the subframe or transmission? I'm not really tech savy in this area and have a shop that a friend owns and would be willing to help me with this. I like to try and do things myself without bothering my buddy too much first off.

I would take care in drilling the holes out but will I be able to reach them easily after that to secure he lock nut and etc underneath?

Thanks!

jump under the car and have a look. The transmission can stay in and with careful location you should be able to mount it without removing anything.
