Bad Engine?

well I was just wondering, a buddy's fc's sound soo bad like it bogs really loud and other fc's hum like a bee when idling?
what's the issue?
they both are turbo 2's.
any implies are welcomed thanks.

If it sounds like a lawnmower at idle instead of humming like you said. It's one of two things, extremely flooded or running on half of a motor.

Follow the directions Mr. Links gave you. I live by them lol.
