i just recently out in a new engine. i reused the old turbos because they were in great condition. the cars been sitting for about 2 months and i went to crank it this afternoon and heard an awful screeching noise. it sounds like its coming from the secondary turbo, but im not sure, the car is also having a hard time starting. i out a new battery in because the old one was dead. i checkedthe battery and the alt, and they are both fine. i just want to get my car back on the road asap. if anyone has any tips please let me know. oh my car is a 93 touring w/ reliability mods. thanks guys
