I was wondering if anyone had used Aviation Sealant during their rebuilds? I friend of mine suggested this as an option; this sealant will expand and contract with temperature. The sealant doesn't completely harden and would stay pliable with the oil rings.

Just wondering if anybody have an opinion on this?
