is the automatic trans out of a 84-85 the same as the 2nd gen automatic trans??? let me tell you what im gona do...i have a 82 with a 3 speed auto tranny.....i do a lot of hiway driving and it turs to many rpms for me. i wonderd if i put a 84-85 1st gen overdrive, or will a 2nd gen auto overdrive work in it and bolt up to a 12a???
