Auto trans info

Im contemplating swapping the drivetrain in my Toyota rock racing truck thing to a injected rotary auto trans setup. I would run the trans output to a divorced Samuri case like ive seen done. But, what is the spline count on the auto trans output shaft? There is a possibility i could mate to my existing dual transfercase setup. Any length savings on the driivetrain is huge to keep driveshaft angles exceptable.
Im pretty green to rotory power. Will extreme operating angles make these engines blow up?

i think its a cool swap, and perfect for the type of driving i need to do. The rig is currently geared to the moon with dual tcases(220:1). The carburated 22r is became my biggest problem. No, i dont want to swap efi onto it. Thats boring and easy
