Exclamation Apex seal problem???help..pls.

Last night at the local track, while laying down another decent run, after shifting into third gear, i felt like i hit a brick wall in the seven. i let out, because the noise that i heard from the car was not normal. when i pulled back into the pit area, my car barley wants to idle. it is rough, to say the least, and almost feels like it has a miss. i drove the 40 miles home, and the car feels fine on the interstate.....boost is fine, oil pressure is good-despite the leak i have. my main concern is could this be apex seal breakdown or failure? please someone help me if possible. any input on the problem would be greatly appreciated. i have the service manual and just replaced my plugs. i know i am doubly sure that the plugs are in the right place, but could have a wire problem or the like.............all help and input is greatly welcomed and appreciated.......

It sounds like the motor went..DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT DRIVE THE CAR...Don't even start it...Go to the nearest mazda dealer and have a compession test done..If the test shows a bad motor the engine can be rebuild with a new seal/gasket set. Find a rotary tuner that can rebuild, only let the dealer do the compression test..Also, if you continue to drive, the engine will destroy itself and probably the turbos with it...LOTS more money..I tell people this all the time and they drive the car anyhow and bingo....destroyed rotor housings, rotors and turbos...I have taken apart and rebuilt many engines..TAKE my SOLID advice it will save you money..
