Yes, there are some NC people who are aware that there is a life outside of NASCAR. Where in Eastern NC are you? Peter Farrell Supercars is in Manassas, VA and Rotorsports Racing is in Kanapolis. There are probably other places too, but I'm in the Western part of the state near Hickory.

i am about 80 miles from the eastern shore. i bought my car from a guy in goldsboro, he had all his work done at a place called enhanced performance, but i was hoping to find something that is more in tune with rx-7s

There's a place in Raleigh, NC called Clean and Fast. I haven't taken my car there yet (I've only had it a week), but I have spoken to the owner and asked him some questions. He seems very knowledgeable and there are some good testimonials about his work in the SE Regional Forum. His website is http://www.cleanandfast.com

Wuzzup!!! I live in eastern NC, actually I live as far east as you can go. There are a few places in VA, I'll try to find the names of the places for you. I'll get back to you ASAP.
