Another smoking question

Just searched and looked through a lot of stuff but didn't find anything specific. Engine is supposedly rebuilt and only broken in at idle, which I believe because it has extremely good compression. Rather large port and 3mm seals.

When starting the engine idles well sitting around 800-1000 where the EMS is programmed to keep it. After a while it will just keep smoking. Smoke is more of a grey colour and smells strongly of fuel/oil. Has no exhaust at the moment so when it was cool I was able to put my hand up the dump pipe and there is a small amount of oil in there which is probably a major cause of the smoke. Oil level has not noticeably dropped and no coolant is being used.

So problem is? 1. Turbo 2. Engine was overfilled with oil (will this cause smoking) 3. Needs to be tuned 4. Engine is stuffed....(I hope not)

I'll try and get a video up to show exactly what I mean.
