another car wont start fd
so i was coming home last night and i was running way to low on fuel, i was just getting off the exit and i knew there was a gas station not to far away. i get the the light at the end of the exit and the car dies and it wont start back up. i get the car to a parking spot close by. i walk 2 block to the gas station to get some gas in and a tank, i get 2 gallons and put it in. i try to start it and all radio and everything comes on i hear the fuel pump getting power but the there is no fire. after i get really mad and want to hurt someone my ride gets there and i go home. now this morning i get to the car after reading everything i can about this on this site and i go to start it and she starts but running ruff i let her idle a little but i have to move the car due street cleaning i dont want a ticket. so i take it to the next block and find a spot i start to reverse and she dies and i roll it into the spot and now we are back to where we started, she wont turn over. long i know but thats the story, any help.

You could be flooded. You could check the seccondary and primary injectores. That was my problem when i got mine(Now lending it to my grandma her car died, i dont think im getting it back soon...). Anyhoo try a tip what was given to me:
Hope it works
Well you really awnsered your own question when you said the secondary injectors are leaking.
I am 99% sure you are flooded. RX7's and well known for there flooding, they are a pain to get unflooded somtimes.
I had BAD flooding, to get it started you need to do this:
1: make sure your battery is fully charged AND (important) hook up jumper cables to another car.
2: Pull the EFI fuse under the hood, the one closest to the engine.
3: pull are 4 spark plugs but be sure to keep the bottom and top seprate, they are differnt.
4: clean all the plugs with brake cleaner and a wire brush
5: crank the engine over for about 10 - 20 seconds with the gas to the floor, it won't start obiously, and you should smell gas in the engine bay
6: put about a 1 oz of motor oil in both of the bottom plug holes.
7: reinstall all plugs and make sure the plug wires are the same way they were taken off. Blue goes to top and black to bottom.
8: Now, try cranking it for about 5 - 10 seconds and see what happens. If it sounds like it is getting close, then push the gas to the floor and crank for 10 seconds, let sit for 10 and repete a few times.
9: if it still won't start then let it sit and the starter cool down
10: if you just can't get it started after doing the above, then up under the dash is a black and yellow relay that controls the fuel pump, it is by the drivers right knee when you sit down under the dash. Pull that off and that should stop the fuel pump from running. Crank it then with the gas tot he floor until something happens, just make sure you don't burn up the starter. When/if it catches and starts for a second plug the relay back in and try starting it again. should fire right up.
NOW, if flooding is not the problem then you can test that by taking the intake off and spraying carb cleaner into the intake while trying to start the car. If it starts then you have a fuel problem.

The roughness can be from older gas, if she was sitting for while. Try some 90 octane if that's what you don't already use. If she sits over a long period of time, like over winter, throw some Stable in there to keep the gas fresh. DON'T drain the tank, its the worse thing to do If you winterize a car. Just a few tips.
