alternator rebuild??

ok so heres the back round im big into car audio and installed a second alt into my 88 rx7 and want to rebuild them to put out more amps can anyone help me find parts to rebuild my alts i want at least a 150 amp out of each or at least tell me what the alternator series is. any help is appreciated

Switch over to an FD alternator

100AMPS from the factory

You will need the special pulley I make to run it with V-belts

if 100amps is not enough

Send it to IRP to be rewound

I think they can get it up to 140amps for you

cool that sounds good....ya i think 200 amps would do alot better than the 140 im getting from my two stock alts. could i use the pullies off of the fc or would that not work.

and who is IRP??

No, the stock pulley will not work.

I mnufacture the needed pulley for the FD3S Alternator upgrade

IRP= Rotary Experiment Seven.. PM him...
