Air in radiator

Is there anything bad about having air in the radiator apart from setting the low coolant sensor off? Will it affect cooling in any way? Just asking because the way my radiator is set up the overflow is lower than the radiator so it's hard to get absolutely all the air out.

air in the radiator is bad, and will effect cooling. You want a tight system, this will help with cooling.
