After I turn on the head light, the engine goes weird.....

Hi everyone,

Just got my car back from the shop, but another problem came out! When I turn on the headlight, the engine rpm is going down (1000rpm) and up (2500rpm) repetitively. Is anyone have the same problem like I do?

did you turn on the headlight right away before letting the car warm up or?

Yes, I did worm up the engine before I turn up my headlight. Is that possible the battery is almost died? On the battery gauge, it shows only 12V while I am driving.
