Since I'm a newbie, too I'll sympathize with you just this once. Yes its possible, infact, its the one of the first posts in the 2nd gen specific forum. A guy just finished one and has tons of pics. If you're like me and don't own a REX yet, then you're better off buying a 13B motor thats already assembled from somewhere like www.atkinsrotary.com
Aaron Cake's done a lot of work slapping a turbo into his '86. A brief look at his remarkable work will probably convince you that it's too much trouble. It's more time and cost effective to just buy a TII, unless you know (or want to learn!) a lot about RX-7s and machining bits.
