accelerating without using clutch

I was practicing accelerating without using the clutch. I was wondering if its bad for the synchros, or is better since you have to try to match engine and tranny speeds more? THanks

Not good on stock gears that are made for smooth engagements. On racing straight cut transmissions its ok.
