Well when I 1st got my 93 RX-7 it had the coupler off of it with the top IC pipe connects to the Y-pipe, So, i reconnected the hose but still heard a small leak. But, it was alot faster. But, now I have a crack in my Y-pipe. Is this a common thing or has something extreme happend to make this happen? Thanks for the help in advance.

 

My mechanic has never seem a cracked y-pipe part . How many has he worked on ? He does not know ,at the least I gave you an answer .

 

I believe this is what the Efini hard pipe replaces, so this is a common failure.
