Question 91 Rx7

Can anybody out there tell me if I could mount a twin turbo or single turbo to my 91 RX7 13B rotary? And, how much would it cost. Also, I have a problem with my idle, it jumps up and down between 1000-1500rpm's. What could be causing this to happen. Anybody know how to bypass the 3900rpm hestation on the rx's? My auxuillary port valve is stuck in place, how to fix because my car loses power at 6000rpms.
Any suggestions on upgrading?

well, yes you can mount a single turbo up to your n/a engine. talk to "VtekEater" on the forum here...he also did it to his 91 FC.

the bouncy idle could be your TPS is set wrong. just do a search in the 2nd gen forum section and you'll find plenty of into...

as for the 3800rpm hesitation...that might require adding more grounds to the injectors...also do a search for this and you'll find lots.

as for the ports...do a search...there's plenty more info on here than i could ever give you

good luck man...the best place to start for upgrades would be cone filter, headers, high flow cat, and a catback

It would be cheaper to sell your car and buy a TII.

What kind of money are you looking at spending, and what kind of racing (if any) do you plan on participating in?

Why do you want a turbo?

Also, how much rotary and/or engine experience do you have, and what kind of tools and equipment (including friends )do you have access to?
