Have you ever let the battery die? Will it change the settings for ignition/timing on the SAFC? I'm not sure if it's saved or needs to be reset to previous settings or not, I didn't record any of the settings anyways after purchasing the car. I think it might be the air flow meter, I found the clamp on the compressor intake loose so I removed the air flow meter and intake tube to reseat the hose and clamp. This all required unplugging the meter, but I forgot to unplug the battery before hand, not sure if it was required. I did have it running but it wouldn't maintain idle and just would die so I just kept throttling it and ran around the street with it, brought it back and now it starts but then immediately dies. I was watching the vacuum and it seemed like it was struggling to maintain but I couldn't find any hoses loose. Let me know what you all think.
