Question 88 t2 dead spot when turning hard?

i was pulling out the gas station making a left not really giving her to much and there was a dead spot, felt like there wasnt any fuel for second. when i straitened out she kicked back in and all was normal. ??????????

Bumpety bump bump....

I get the same thing in my 87 TII, still don't know what causes it but it scares the crap out of me. It's a good thing I haven't autocrossed this thing yet.

check the "sock" filter inside the gas tank ...
This is a common problem on 2nd generation when making hard turns.
