700 hp 13bt in new HCI issue

^ as read in little letters across the top of the magazine. it goes throught the buildup on the motor but does not show or reveal how the ports are done. supposedly its a unique type of port. its a package you can get done to your car at ForceFed Performance. the car was said to run 10.40 in the quarter mile at 130 mph on drag radials and has been running on the track for a year now and numurous passes on the dyno. and the car maintains a good idle and is very streetable. the package includes (besides the j-spec supplied engine-rebuilt) a Garrett GT45 dual ball bearind turbo, 1,000 cc injectors- with additional injectors retrofitted into the intake manifold, dual-fuel pumps and a surge tank, and a Microtech LT10 fuel management system, and his own custom porting design.

pretty impressive if you ask me. i want to know what those ports look like...

700hp and it only does a 10.40 @ 130.

Should be well into the 9s...

What is HCI?

10.40 on DR's...

I would imagine you'd be pressed to get much better than a 10sec pass on DR's with 700hp...

mph matches a low 10 sec car, not a car with 700hp

not that it matters, still really stupid fast for an FC...

Ya, but a 130mph trap is definately low.

Hell, once I dyno 450 to the ground I should be able to trap about 130......

IMHO something aint right...700hp 10s on DR? it should do a lot better like a low 9 or even a high to mid 8 with the right suspension and slicks..

Bingo...
Are they launching in 2nd gear?
With 700hp, it should be trapping 10mph faster easily...

Also, how much would a motor cost?
I'm cringing they want 5 figures for such a build...

I doubt he runs his 700hp settings on the track and risk breaking things. I bet the 700hp figure is solely for show.

Hi everyone.

This is Marko I am the owner of Forcefed performance and some of the numbers are wrong.

My car made 704 rwhp on my Dynojet 248c.

The car ran 10.044 at 147mph. This was a mistake by the editor. 1.7 60 ft

The turbo I used was GT42r.

This year I am going with a more radical port. I will be taking the car up to 38psi and will be feeding it some laughing gas.

Cheers

Marko Stilinovic.

Price?

At least the traps correspond a lot better with the power output.

Forcefed Performance has done all the work on my FD, and it is top quality.
Marko builds awsome engines with plenty of power and reliability.
Currently I am running one of his race ported engines with a microtech and
T-88 turbo, and I am extemely happy to say the least!

I can vouch for his 704whp FC, it is one serious brigeported rotary!
This is the real deal guys, if you want serious rotary power call Forcefed Performance, Marko will answer all your questions.
