3rd gen thicker radiator core tight fit

Hello, I purchased an eBay AT radiator that has a thicker core. I still have stock inter cooler and it sits on fans due to the new radiators thickness. Anyone had this setup or problem? Would like to keep it, however mechanic having trouble fitting it.

pretty common. You can flip the top radiator brackets around to give more clearance.

Well, it seems radiator is already sitting on condenser lines. So mechanic advising it can't be lowered anymore to allow stock intercooler to sit right. Guess I'm S.O.L. The good thing is I already purchased a stock replacement
