3rd gen motor to 76 cosmo tranny

Hi all
just finished building a large bridgeport on a 3rd gen motor but not sure if this engine will bolt on to a 76 cosmo 5spd tranny. can some1 confirm this?

Correction:
I was told that it will not fit but i need some1 to confirm this.
