2nd Gen vs. 3rd Gen Rotor housings

do the FD rotor housings have larger exhaust ports than FC rotor housings, being a more powerful motor, and twin turbo

no they dont . Motor wise the differeces are the diffrent spark plug hole a,and teh intakes come down at a angle so they flow better compared to s4 and s5 b/c we have a sharpa ngle to get around so teh moving air loses engergy
