The linkage is good no change RPM when i push linkage clockwise. So today when i go home i will chech my CAS.

WTF!!! My CAS will not come out and the two points on the gear are about 1/8 inch in from to corners of the sensor box. the CAS is on there rock solid but i will get it off.

also i noticed that the gears in CAS didnt line up are they suposed to??? i am talking about the full gear and the one with two teeth

It's supposed to be just like it is in the pic provided. The Yellow mark on the Main Pulley needs to be aligned w/the fixed pin first and when it does then you look at the alignment in the CAS.

the yellow mark is in line when i am checking CAS and attempting to remove

You don't have to remove the CAS to set it properly. If it needed adjustment then you just rotate it as necessary. If you had to remove it you could hit the side with a hammer to loosen it up.

I figured if i could turn it i might be ok but i didnt want to wail on it too hard. I will see how i do today when i am off work

It could but you won't really know til you adjust it by a tooth to where it lines up just right. "If" it is slightly off the car will start, but tend to not run as smooth as it needs to.

well i was able to adjust set CAS properly and now just sputters at 1600 rpm.

If you're comfortable w/the CAS position then you might want to see if the TPS measures out properly on the G/R wire when the engine is as hot as it can get.
