Question 2nd gen. 1990 RX7

I have a no start but I do have spark good timing automatic is in park but no firing. I can here the fuel pump running and there is pressure in the fuel line. I pulled it into the shop for a 13 code PSI sensor and a rich running engine. I replaced the sensor and found a bad trailing coil. I replaced it. I also had started it acouple times prier to parking in shop without warming it up. I read somewhere that a nonstart can happen if it isn't warmed up after several starts. The cure was to remove one of the fuses under the hood and I think jumpering two of the terminals on a wire end connector by the battery. Does anyone know which fuse and where to jumper. Thanks Tom
