1991 vert NA in limp mode HELP!!!

So i bought a 91 NA vert off a buddy. He told me it needed a new tps because it was in limp mode.
Symptoms are bucking and stuttering under load, dies sometimes at a stop. Only does it after driving for 30 seconds or so, will idle fine all day. Pulled the codes and i believe im getting a code 10 but im not sure because its just one long then off then steady on.

Changed the tps, then changed it back and checked the voltages, everything is fine there.
Figured out that the top has been leaking into the cabin on the passenger side, and heavy rains lately have been making it worse apparently, and since heavy rains have started apparently thats when the problem arose.
Pulled the carpet on the passenger side and dried everything out, hit everything electrical with some contact cleaner.

Still have the same problem, I have no idea where to go next and it's driving me insane. Any help would be very much appreciated.

A error code 10 would be the Air Intake Thermosensor in the AFM.

The OMP is really the only cause for limp mode. The FSM indicates that pin 2K of the ECU should read 2 to 3 volts at 68 degrees F air temp for that sensor. It can be replaced if needed. Again, it's in the AFM.
