1990 Na 13b vacuum help

TN 1990 Na 13b vacuum help
I've looked around online and can't find a diagram showing these vacuums but on the throttle body the actuator or butterfly (not sure of the name) has a vacuum that runs back to a splitter and I can not figure out what or where the other end is supposed to go... And help is very appreciated
